Cybersecurity Corps
By reporting through a state or territorial governor, a Cybersecurity Corps will ultimately function as a defensive and training asset of USNORTHCOM. By coordinating with the Department of Homeland Security and parallel state/territorial security and emergency service agencies, a Cybersecurity Corps would augment existing programs to raise the security level of the ecosystem and provide additional needed resources in three key mission areas: Education and Outreach, Testing, Assessments, and Exercises, and On Call Expertise and Emergency Response
