- To whom awarded: The Recruiting Achievement Medal may be awarded to SGAUS members who have recruited 10 new current/active members into SGAUS. Documentation: Submit full names of those recruited with the award recommendation.
- How awarded: The award will be conferred by the SGAUS President upon receipt of documentation listing the names of the ten recruits for verification.
- Succeeding awards: A bronze star will be awarded for every 10 additional new members. A silver star will be worn in place of five bronze stars.
- Approving authority: The approving authority for this award is the SGAUS President.
