Military Justice Medal Set

Description

• To whom awarded: The MJA Medal may be awarded to SGAUS members who have completed all the requirements of the SGAUS Judge Advocate Qualification Program.
• Recommendations: Will be forwarded through state guard defense force chain of command to the Awards Committee. The recommendation of the Awards Committee will be presented to the approving authority for its decision.
• Succeeding awards: None
• Approving authority: The approving authority for this award is the SGAUS JAG Committee Chair.
